ONLINE THERAPY SERVICES IN WASHINGTON

I am an approved provider for Premera and Regence BlueShield. All therapy sessions are provided via Telehealth. 

 

If you have an insurance plan outside of Premera or Regence, I am considered an out-of-network provider, which means that you pay for sessions out-of-pocket in the amount of $150. Payment is due at the time of your session, and I accept debit/credit cards or FSA/HSA cards. If you wish to submit for possible reimbursement of sessions, I provide you with a statement for reimbursement at the beginning of each month that documents the previous month's visits. I recommend contacting your insurance provider in advance to learn about your plan's deductible and reimbursement rates for OON providers.
