Hi there, it's an honor to share a bit about myself as you search for a therapist that will be the best fit for you in your journey towards healing.

I have been training and working in the mental health field since 2015. I received a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology at The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology in 2018, and I had the privilege of serving clients at Sound, a community mental health agency, from 2017-2019. In 2019, I transitioned into private practice where I specialize in working with folks who have experienced religious trauma or abuse.

I am committed to offering presence and attunement in order to help you develop an increased awareness of your body, so I will use a lot of somatic-focused, in-the-moment reflections in our work.

I work with a blended approach in psychotherapy that is influenced by Attachment theory, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Jungian Psychology, and Relational Psychoanalysis.
